The Team Member will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as preparing fresh ingredients, assembling bowls and rolls, ensuring cleanliness of the workspace, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves taking orders, managing payment transactions, and assisting in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.QualificationsCustomer service skills, including clear communication, friendliness, and a positive attitudeTeamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with other staff membersAbility to follow recipes accurately and maintain high food quality and safety standardsBasic time-management and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environmentExperience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but not requiredWillingness to learn and adapt to MONA’s standards and guidelinesHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
