Prismatic Powders Production/QC Team We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Prismatic Powders Production/QC Team. These roles include Production Mixer, QC Sprayer, and various other positions, offering opportunities to learn, cross-train, and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Depending on role assignment, duties may include: Produce powder orders and verify product formulas according to specifications. Operate powder production equipment and package finished products. Maintain a consistent pace to meet production's daily goals. Set up and operate spray equipment for powder coating processes. Apply coatings evenly and according to department standards. Inspect coated items for consistency, finish, and adherence to specifications. Clean and maintain spray equipment and follow safety protocols. Prepare raw materials and maintain inventory levels. Ensure materials are properly returned, stored, and tracked. Keep production areas clean and organized. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Work in a production setting with powder coating materials and noise. Prior production or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
