The firm offers a collaborative environment, established infrastructure, and cross-selling opportunities to support practice growth and long-term success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage complex construction litigation matters from inception through resolutionDevelop case strategy, oversee discovery, and handle depositions, motions, and trial workServe as a trusted advisor to clients on construction-related disputes and risk mitigationCollaborate with firm leadership to expand the construction litigation practiceMentor junior attorneys and contribute to team developmentParticipate in business development and strengthen existing client relationshipsQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolLicensed and in good standing in Missouri and preference of ability to waive into KansasSignificant experience in construction and/or commercial litigationDemonstrated ability to manage complex matters independentlyStrong client management and relationship-building skillsPortable business is welcomed but not requiredCompensation & BenefitsSalary dependent on experience and book of businessPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesStrong administrative and marketing support for business developmentComprehensive benefits packageFlexible work environment with a focus on long-term growth and successS8L
