Senior Payroll Analyst (Philadelphia)
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll for employees across multiple states using ADP Workforce Now or related ADP platforms.Maintain and audit payroll records, including earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and direct deposits.Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations.Review and reconcile payroll reports, general ledger entries, and payroll-related accounts.Coordinate with HR regarding new hires, terminations, benefits changes, bonuses, and employee status updates.Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Assist with year-end payroll activities including W-2 processing and payroll tax reporting.Support audits by preparing payroll documentation and reports as needed.Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and increase efficiency.Qualifications3+ years of payroll processing experience required.Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, ADP Run, or related ADP systems strongly preferred.Experience processing multi-state payroll.Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables preferred.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
