As our practice continues to grow, we remain committed to fostering healing and knowledge in the communities we serve.Role DescriptionThis is a W2 position with benefits, a remote role for a licensed mental health therapist serving clients in Connecticut and open to obtaining licensure in one other state either MA or RI as well. The therapist will conduct hour long individual therapy sessions, develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with clients to support their mental health and wellness goals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client records and work schedule as well as adhering to ethical standards and best practices in mental health care. We hold a weekly paid staff meeting, we provide supervision groups, and set you up with benefits you deserve to have.QualificationsMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field ( Required )At least 3 years experience in mental health counseling, trauma informed care, and treatment planning ( Required )Active Connecticut state licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LPC) and open to acquiring state licensure in either Massachusetts or Rhode Island ( Required )Specialized training and certification in EMDR therapy ( Required)Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and best practices for remote counselingSelf-motivated with strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote settingExperience with diverse populations and various therapeutic modalities is a plus
