Overview In this role you will design, build, and maintain scalable OpenText-based CMS solutions within our Digital Experience Platform. You’ll drive full-stack development, DevOps automation, and cloud infrastructure to deliver secure, high-availability content experiences. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and implement end-to-end delivery from authoring to publishing and monitoring. This is a hands-on, hybrid role that blends CMS, development, and cloud operations to support rapid, reliable content delivery at scale. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain OpenText TeamSite and LiveSite CMS solutionsBuild and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolingCollaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutionsAutomate deployment and admin workflows across CMS authoring, cloud storage, and delivery endpointsAdminister Windows-based VMs, DNS, and load balancers (NGINX)Lead infrastructure design, server configuration, and platform documentationParticipate in on-call production supportProvide training and create documentation for users and technical teamsContribute across the full SDLC from planning to deploymentCollaborate with Product Owners and Architects on requirementsWrite, deploy, and maintain clean, well-documented codeEngage in Agile ceremonies and manage source control with Git/GitHub Key requirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of professional experience in software development, DevOps, or web content managementProven expertise with OpenText Web CMS (TeamSite) v16+, OpenDeploy and LiveSiteFull stack development experience: Java, J2EE, Node.js, Python, Spring Boot; React, Angular, Vue.js, SvelteProficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON/XML; Perl; modern UI librariesExperience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices, Docker, KubernetesCI/CD fundamentals and hands-on with GitHub/GitHub ActionsWindows Server administration and VM managementNetworking basics: DNS, load balancers, HTTP/TCP/SSH/FTP/SMTPExcellent communication and documentation skillsExperience with on-call support and agile practicesStrong communicationCollaborative mindsetSelf-motivation and independenceOpenText TeamSite, LiveSite, OpenDeploy, CSSDK integrationExperience Studio integrations and customizationsJava, J2EE, Node.js, Python, Spring Boot
