The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation care.
