Project ManagerThe company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial mechanical construction projects, with a strong focus on tenant improvement work. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and industry partners.This position is ideal for someone who already has established relationships within the industry and can help generate repeat work through those connections. The role is not focused on cold calling or sales, but rather maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial HVAC and tenant improvement construction projects from start to finishMaintain relationships with existing clients and industry partners to support repeat businessCoordinate project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor activitiesReview project drawings, scope, and specificationsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationCoordinate with field teams and service divisions to ensure successful project deliveryTrack job costs, budgets, and overall project financial performancePrepare bids, follow up on proposals, and assist in closing project opportunitiesMaintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, and subcontractorsQualifications5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projectsStrong background in commercial tenant improvement (TI) projectsExisting relationships with contractors, property managers, or service clients preferredExperience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractorsStrong understanding of HVAC construction scopesAbility to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsOrganized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneouslyTeam StructureSmall team environment with three Project Managers working closely togetherDirect collaboration with Preconstruction leadership and operationsCompensation & Benefits100% employer-paid medical coverage for employees and their familiesProfit-sharing program at year endStrong company culture and long-term stability
