This role provides high-acuity care for ER patients in a fast-paced, trauma-capable environment. The RN will assess patients, execute care plans, coordinate across multidisciplinary teams, and ensure efficient patient throughput and compliance with hospital standards.This is an onsite, night-shift clinical role requiring strong ER expertise and the ability to work independently in urgent and emergent situations.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care & AssessmentImplement, evaluate, and monitor individualized patient care plans.Perform timely and comprehensive patient assessments.Document patient condition, interventions, vitals, and responses accurately. Care CoordinationServe as primary coordinator among physicians, nursing staff, and support teams to ensure well-coordinated patient care.Carry out physician and nursing orders precisely and promptly. Communication & DocumentationMonitor, record, and communicate patient condition and changes to the healthcare team.Maintain accurate, timely charting in accordance with hospital policies. Discharge PlanningAssess patient discharge needs and collaborate with care teams to develop safe transition plans. Compliance & SafetyAdhere to infection control, patient safety, and hospital regulatory standards.Maintain high-level professionalism and ethical conduct in all patient interactions.
