We're committed to making a positive impact on the world, providing you with diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where everyone's empowered to be their best.Job Responsibilities (Temporary Assignment)Assignment Dates: May 20 - August 14, 2026Stockroom Cleanup & Organization (Approx. 50%)Actively support the hands‐on cleanup, organization, and optimization of the stockroom.Sort, consolidate, and clearly organize inventory to improve accessibility and efficiency.Assist in establishing and maintaining logical storage layouts and labeling standards.Support daily organization efforts to ensure improvements are sustained over time.Stockroom Efficiency & Process ImprovementPartner closely with team members to implement best‐practice organization methods.Help streamline stockroom workflows to support smoother picking, staging, and material flow.Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in current stockroom practices and propose practical improvements.Support the transition to a more structured, consistently maintained stockroom environment.Collaboration & Implementation SupportCollaborate with cross‐functional team members involved in stockroom and distribution improvements.Support the implementation and stabilization of new or improved picking processes, as needed.Provide on‐the‐ground support during change activities to ensure processes are functioning smoothly.Documentation & Sustainability* Assist with documenting new layouts, processes, or standards to support long‐term sustainability.* Help ensure stockroom improvements are clear, repeatable, and easy for others to maintain.General ExpectationsMaintain a hands‐on, team‐oriented approach throughout the assignment.Demonstrate flexibility as project priorities evolve during the assignment period.Follow all safety, quality, and operational guidelines while working in the stockroom environment.Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
