Controller Our client, the US distribution arm of a manufacturing company located in Chicago, is looking to hire a Controller. This person will lead the day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, mont-end close process, FP&A, standard cost and treasury activities. This job in a nutshell:Lead accounting fucntions including GL maintenance, AP, AR, payroll, with focus on manufacturing accountingOversee the month-end close process for multiple divisionsPrepare financial statementsManage standard costing systems Handle treasury functionsLead budget/forecast process We are looking for (key requirements/preferences):Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field6+ years of relevant accounting experience, inlcuding manufacturing/cost accounting and inventory managementStrong leadership skillsCPA is a plusMBA is a plusSAP experience, highly preferred Sells:Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K with match up to 3%, life insuranceDress code: business casual and jeans on FridayOffice closed between Christmas and New Year’s Compensation: Up to $150,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus
