NEMT Driver

*Overview* SEEKING RETIRED VAN OR BUS DRIVER. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various driving capacities, including limousine, van, paratransit, and shuttle driving. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a safe and efficient driving environment while providing exceptional service to passengers. *Duties* - Safely operate vehicles, including limousines, vans, and shuttles, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and regulations. - Provide transportation services for passengers, ensuring timely arrivals and departures. - Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any changes in plans. - Assist passengers with heavy lifting of luggage or equipment as needed. - Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle by performing regular inspections and basic maintenance tasks. - Document any incidents or issues that occur during transport to ensure safety and compliance with company policies. - Collaborate with other team members to coordinate schedules and improve service efficiency. *Qualifications* - Previous experience in commercial driving, school bus driving, or shuttle driving is preferred. - Strong communication skills to interact positively with passengers and team members. - Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers with their belongings. - A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. - Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes is essential for efficient navigation. - Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service. - Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
