As part of an industry-leading team, you will help drive results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Financial Services business group within Alight Solutions.Your Impact as a Financial Education ConsultantAlight Solutions Financial Education Consultants provide financial education services to employees of one or more Alight Solutions clients.We are currently recruiting an Education Consultant to staff an Indianapolis, IN based position. The Education Consultant will work from home and/or at a client location.ResponsibilitiesEnrollment meetings for client employees: provide an overview of the client retirement plans, answer questions, and assist participants in understanding the available tools, resources, and benefits administered by Alight.Group meetings: deliver retirement and general financial education workshops (in person or virtually) tailored to the client retirement plans and agreed upon in advance.Ad hoc meetings: conduct group meetings to educate and inform employees on plan changes.Individual employee financial education sessions: educate employees on using retirement and investment tools so that each employee may (1) set personal retirement goals, (2) assess the current strategy, (3) develop a savings and investment strategy, (4) utilize tools and resources to improve financial wellness.Monthly reporting: provide monthly reports to client and Alight Solutions summarizing sessions, attendees, topics covered, and feedback.Develop training materials: create new retirement and financial planning education information and continuously improve existing workshops and material.Travel: available to travel to client locations as agreed.Position Requirements3 to 5 years of experience delivering financial education workshops to individuals or employees.Experience in a financial or investments call center with excellent presentation skills considered.FINRA Series 7 (or 6) and Series 66 (or 65) required.CRPC (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor) or similar designation required, or willingness to obtain within six months of hire.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.Strong employee retirement plan knowledge preferred.Alight requires all virtual interviews to be conducted on video.Flexible working arrangements are available.
