Duties: · Greet and welcome residents, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner · Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls, taking and relaying messages as necessary · Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image · Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and distribute them to the appropriate recipients · Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings · Provide administrative support to the office, including photocopying, filing, data entry, and document organization · Keep track of office supplies, order and maintain inventory, and coordinate restocking as needed · Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and residents, ensuring excellent customer service · Collaborate with office staff to ensure efficient communication and workflow · Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and other records · Ensure compliance with safety regulations within the office environment · Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion · Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as required Experience: To excel in the role of the office receptionist, candidates should have the following qualifications and experience: · High school diploma or equivalent · Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role · Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. · Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. · Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. · Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment. · Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. · Adaptability and a professional demeanor Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Customer service: 2 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Boise, ID 83714 (Required) Work Location: In person
