The Veterinarian will be responsible for diagnosing and treating medical conditions in animals, performing surgical and nonsurgical procedures, and providing preventative care to improve animal health. The role also includes interacting with pet owners to provide education and guidance regarding animal health, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with a team of veterinary professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.QualificationsProven skills in diagnosing and treating various animal health conditions, including surgical and medical expertiseExperience in client communication and education, with a focus on compassionate and ethical careStrong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate medical records and familiarity with veterinary softwareVeterinary degree (DVM or equivalent) from an accredited institutionA valid veterinary license in the state of New YorkCommitment to professional development and staying updated on the latest veterinary practicesPrior experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting is preferred but not required
