ERP Analyst

Job Title: Material AnalystFull-time position.Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Material Analyst to support supply chain and materials management operations. This role focuses on analyzing material data, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting planning and purchasing decisions through ERP systems. The ideal candidate has experience working with ERP data, performing material analysis, and collaborating with supply chain, planning, and procurement teams to improve material flow and inventory accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze material and inventory data using ERP systems to support operational and planning decisionsMonitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages, excess inventory, or material discrepanciesGenerate reports and analyze trends related to materials, purchasing, and supply chain performanceSupport planning and purchasing teams with data insights and material availability analysisInvestigate and resolve material-related issues within the ERP systemCollaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and supply chainMaintain accurate material records and support continuous process improvementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Experience working with ERP systems (such as LN, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar)Background in material planning, purchasing, supply chain analysis, or inventory analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Excel and data analysisAbility to interpret data and provide insights to support operational decisionsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience in manufacturing or supply chain environmentsExperience with ERP reporting and material planning processesFamiliarity with inventory analysis, demand planning, or procurement supportWork EnvironmentThis role is primarily a desk-based analytical position that works closely with planning, purchasing, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient material management and accurate data analysis.
