Cable Technician

*Job Title: Cable Technician * *Location: Estero/Naples, FL* *Compensation: Hourly opportunity based on experience and skillset* *Job Type: Long-term contract to hire* *Responsibilities:* * Pull, route, or label CAT6, CAT6A on new buildings * Understand data cabling, low voltage electrical, analog and IP based video cabling. * Experience working with copper and fiber single-mode/multi-mode cable: rough-in; labeling; terminations; and, testing. * Experience with copper patch panel: dress-in; terminations; labeling; and, testing. * must have experience with pulling , terminations, Troubleshooting and Testing data cable * Must be able to Install support structures, including cable racks, j-hooks, and other related structures. * experience with the Installation of security cameras, wireless access points, and any other products to support the installation a plus * Maintaining documentation of work performed and constant updates. * Maintain a clean job site; pick up all tools and equipment; secure job site each day to eliminate potential hazards. * Maintain accountability and readiness of all tools and equipment. #IND2 Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
