Job DescriptionLogistics Dispatch CoordinatorTYPE: 7a-7p rotating 4 on 4 offPAY: $23/hour (OT after 40 if worked)YOUR DUTIES FOR THE LOGISTICS DISPATCH COORDINATOR WILL INCLUDE:Dispatch, assign and reassign drivers as neededSubmits recommendations for development of compliance with transportation policies, procedures, and programs. Analysis of vehicle and driver assignmentsAnalyzes scheduling reviews, and revises driver schedules to increase efficiency and on time departuresConstant contact with all drivers on the phone, GPS tracking and in personEnsure compliance with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and government regulations. Maintains operation and maintenance of equipment and communication systems. Answers all communications in a timely manner. Complete and update trip sheets nightly, leaving no trip sheets not completed on Saturday nights. Learning of AWG system, video cameras, and XRS system.
