In this role, you’ll oversee crews, coordinate daily work activities, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality installations on DOT and infrastructure projects.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead field crews on active job sitesPlan and coordinate daily work with project managers and inspectorsRead and interpret plans, specs, and wiring diagramsEnsure compliance with safety standards and project schedulesTroubleshoot and resolve field issues efficientlyQualificationsProven experience in traffic signal and/or roadway lighting constructionStrong knowledge of NEC and DOT standardsLeadership experience as a foreman or lead electricianValid driver’s license (CDL a plus)Required SkillsStrong leadership skills, hands-on electrical experience.Preferred SkillsUnderstanding of traffic signal systems, conduit installation, and roadway lighting standards.Pay range and compensation packagePay Range: $35–$55 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and leadership background.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
