Call Center RepresentativeLocation: Norwood, OhioPay: $18–19/hourSchedule: 1st shift, Monday–FridayType: Contract-to-hireWork Environment: HybridWe are seeking experienced Call Center Representatives for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client in the Norwood area. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (50–70+ daily)Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and general supportResolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a professional mannerDocument all interactions accurately in the systemProcess transactions and navigate multiple systems efficientlyEscalate complex issues as needed while maintaining customer satisfactionQualifications:Must have prior high-volume call center experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with multiple systems and data entryReliable and professional with strong attendanceBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
