This is a hybrid position that requires travel in the New England region, predominantly to sites in Massachusetts and Connecticut, but with possible visits to New Hampshire and Maine as well. The RPM is responsible for management oversight, maximizing revenue, maintaining positive resident relations, implementing policies/procedures and ensuring properties are meeting key performance indicators as established by The Caleb Group. This position reports to the Director of Property Management (DPM).
