As part of Amdocs’ new Agentive Operation System and Cognitive Core at its center, we are redefining how GenAI solutions are designed, deployed, and scaled across complex enterprise environments!In one sentenceAs a Senior Solutions Architect - Forward Deployed Engineer in our Data & AI Division, you will own end‑to‑end delivery of Agentic AI solutions - rapidly designing, coding, and deploying production‑grade AI agents in real customer environments, and feeding those learnings back into the Amdocs core platform.What will your job look like?Own the full technical mission — from customer discovery and problem framing through production deploymentDesign, code, and deploy production‑grade GenAI agents and MVPs in short execution cyclesWork hands‑on with LLMs, agentic workflows, orchestration layers, and enterprise data systemsIntegrate GenAI solutions into large‑scale, real‑world enterprise platforms and workflowsAct as the bridge between field deployments and core R&D, driving reuse and productization of successful patternsCollaborate as part of a global Forward Deployed Engineering team operating across Israel, India, and the United StatesAll you need is…10+ years of hands‑on software solution architecture experienceHands‑on experience with Agentic AI systems and complex enterprise-scale system integrationAbility to work directly with customers and translate business problems into technical solutionsStrong active coding skills in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js)Proven ability to deliver working production systems under tight timelinesComfort operating with high autonomy, ambiguity, and evolving requirementsAbility to work directly with customers and translate business problems into technical solutionsBackground in client-facing ML/AI roles spanning R&D, architecture, product, delivery, and integration is an advantageBachelor's or master’s in computer science, engineering, or a related fieldAuthorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
