Accessories Inventory Contractor

Accessories Inventory Contractor Duration: 12 months with possible extension Location: Atlanta GA ( HYBRID - 2-3 days per week in Office) Status: Exempt (please make sure your candidates know this role is exempt from OT) Position Overview This position collaborates with product suppliers which is needed to achieve national targets for the Accessories business related to CLIENT Lifestyle, Client Tequipment, and client Design Timepieces. This position reports to the Manager, Accessories. Key skillsets include organization, process optimization, attention-to-detail, responsiveness, prioritization, self-starter, and data analysis. Primary Responsibilities : o Achievement of Lifestyle, Tequipment, and PD Timepiece targets, per annual goals. o Administer over 700 SKUs within the Product Information Management (PIM) system while optimizing process with a focus on efficiency o Maintain accurate product data across all distribution channels including descriptions, imagery, SEO and categorization o Anticipate and calculate inventory requirements. Proactively control upstream supply chain. o Analysis of current inventory including maintaining accurate coding o Review and control downstream supply chain o Identification of system enhancements and supporting efforts for implementation. o Continuous improvement of overall existing processes. o Event and activation support to promote Lifestyle, Tequipment, and PD Timepiece products. Additional Responsibilities o Complete necessary training to maintain level of expertise o Create and maintain current working instructions/process guidelines o Create and maintain detective controls to mitigate risks; test controls to monitor compliance o Promote PCNA culture and brand message when interacting with co-workers, dealers, and customers o Proper retention of electronic documents, business confidential information, and actively demonstrates an understanding of the need to safeguard competitive information in both electronic and non-electronic formats o Proper usage of, awareness of, and compliance with IT security policies at PCNA o Handle sensitive information where litigation arises o All other duties assigned Qualifications Education o Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics or a related field of study Work Experience o 3 year’s work experience preferred; preferably in the areas of supply chain operations or logistics o Reporting, analytic, and project management experience is preferred o Advanced experience with standard MS Office applications (particularly MS Excel) o Statistical data analysis (SAS JMP, R, MS Power Query, etc.) experience is a plus Travel o Potential for very limited travel (not required) Physical Requirements o While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer o Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times o Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment
