Job Title: Integration Project ManagerLocation-Type: RemoteStart Date: June 1, 2026Duration: Contract, 6 months to startCompensation Range: $55-60/hr W2Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401KVisa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorshipJob Description:The client is seeking an execution-focused Integration Project Manager to lead a post-acquisition integration effort end-to-end, ensuring seamless alignment across all business functions with minimal disruption to employees, customers, and revenue.Job Summary•Build and maintain a comprehensive integration project plan covering workstreams across all business functions•Run weekly integration syncs, track milestones, and surface risks before they escalate•Coordinate cross-functional teams across People, Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure clear ownership and alignment•Manage dependencies between technical and non-technical workstreams, including system integrations, data migrations, process harmonization, and people transitions•Prepare and deliver executive-level status updates on integration progress, risks, and decisions needed•Partner with People and Finance team leads on workforce and financial integration milestones•Document decisions, dependencies, and lessons learned throughout the engagementMinimum Requirements:•5 years of project management experience, including at least 5 M&A or post-acquisition integration engagements•Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities•Strong command of project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com , or similar•Comfortable facilitating executive-level discussions and translating ambiguity into clear, actionable plans•Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills•Experience working with small to mid-sized organizations rather than large enterprise environmentsPreferred Qualifications:•Experience in SaaS, B2B software, or field service technology•PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification•Financial model management experience
