From social content to product launches and campaigns, your work will directly influence perception, engagement, and growth.You'll collaborate closely with Product Design and Marketing leadership, while having the autonomy to push creative boundaries and elevate the brand.What You'll DoOwn Motion & 3D DesignLead all 3D and motion initiatives across marketing channelsCreate visually striking animations, assets, and campaign contentDevelop 3D visuals (modeling, lighting, texturing, rendering) at a high standardDrive Creative ImpactTranslate ideas into compelling visual narrativesContribute to campaign concepts, storyboards, and creative directionContinuously improve and evolve the brand's visual identityCollaborate & ExecutePartner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure consistencyDeliver high-quality assets across social, launches, partnerships, and eventsMaintain a premium, cohesive look across all outputsWhat We're Looking ForExpert in motion design (After Effects) + strong 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Redshift, Octane, etc.)Advanced 3D skills: modeling, lighting, texturing, renderingStrong compositing and editing abilityExcellent eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchyProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong portfolio showcasing high-end motion + 3D workNice to HaveSound design and audio synchronization skillsVideo editing experience (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)Experience evolving an existing brand (not just creating from scratch)Familiarity with Lottie and SplineExposure to Crypto/Web3Ideal CandidateCreative thinker with strong execution skillsComfortable owning projects end-to-endThrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environmentsDetail-oriented with a strong sense of quality and aesthetics
