Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Compliance Analyst on behalf of a growing and dynamic logistics organization. This is an exceptional direct-hire opportunity to join a fast-paced team supporting regulatory and operational compliance across last-mile delivery operations.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Compliance Analyst will support and enforce regulatory, contractual, and operational compliance within a high-volume last-mile delivery environment. This role is responsible for monitoring independent contractor compliance, auditing documentation, and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and client-specific requirements. This is an entry-level, detail-driven position ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, data-focused environment.PERKSCompetitive salary range of $50,000–$55,000 annuallyMedical, dental, and vision insurance options401(k) with eligibility starting Day OnePaid time off and supplemental health coverageCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesRESPONSIBILITIESMonitor carrier compliance with federal, state, and local transportation regulations, as well as internal policies and client-specific requirementsCommunicate daily with Hub Managers across assigned regions to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance requirementsConduct audits of contractor documentation, including auto insurance, vehicle registration, background checks, MVRs, drug screens, and photo IDUtilize compliance platforms to track document expiration, onboarding progress, and contractor statusInvestigate and escalate instances of non-complianceMaintain accurate, organized records and ensure data integrity across compliance systems and databasesStay current on regulatory changes affecting last-mile delivery operations and recommend updates to internal protocolsParticipate in compliance software testing, system enhancements, and platform rollouts to improve efficiencyQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent required2–4 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, or a related fieldExperience in logistics, transportation, last-mile delivery, or a regulated industry preferredStrong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory standards such as DOT, OSHA, and FMCSAProficiency with Excel and compliance management systems or tracking platformsStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrityCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position offers a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, supplemental health insurance, and opportunities for career growth.HOW TO APPLYFor immediate consideration, please submit your resume through this posting.
