Guest Services Manager oversees the daily operations of the Front Desk, Bell, Valet, and Overnight teams, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experience. This leader supports and develops associates through coaching, direction, and hands‐on guidance, and will be responsible for training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing.The salary rate for this opportunity is $85,000 - $95,000.00 This is the annual pay rate for this position at Ventana Big Sur, and Alila Resort reasonably expects to pay.
