Come join us!Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Clinical Coordinator excited about creating a high quality patient-experience and contributing to the smooth operations of a growing women's health practice. The ideal candidate is outgoing and detail-oriented, is able to execute their job responsibilities independently and serve as the go to team member when the Practice Manager/Regional Director is not on site.What you'll doDirectly manage the Medical Assistant team through employee lifecycle:Build culture of team, accountability and support as the clinical leader. Ensure team of MAs support all providers consistently and thoroughlyInterview, hire and coach MAs reporting into youManage performance to MA competencies, behaviors, and standardsTrain new hires to that standardSupport scheduling:Create and manage provider/resource clinic schedule templatesSchedule scan for future days, working on scheduling efficiencies based on patient and provider updatesBook patients for appointments based on forwarded messages and/or real time booking requestsConduct opening and closing procedures:Conduct administrative tasks to ensure the office is ready at the beginning and/or end of dayAssist with inventory, light housekeeping, and other tasks as neededConduct administrative tasks in between patients:Respond to administrative portal voice and text messages and emailsSupply management:Assist practice manager with the overall inventory of office supplies and clinical suppliesAssist practice manager with ordering supplies from various vendors as neededAdmin SupportPrinting forms team uses in the officeChecking and processing mail and deliveries dailyPicking up superbills and birth data sheets from Labor & Delivery to be sent to appropriate partiesEnsure patients are receiving appropriate swag throughout pregnancyServe as the voice of the practice, answering and working incoming calls and messages:Answer and triage incoming phone calls and app messages from our current patients and new patientsAnswer incoming phone calls from other stakeholders (e.g., external medical provider offices, start incoming referral requests)Check and respond to voicemail and after hours messagesServe as the face of the practice and welcome patients at the front desk:Check patients in and outCollect all point-of-service payments and/or outstanding balancesAnswer real-time questions and escalate as necessaryScan insurance cards for those not already inputtedTeam SupportActive technology superuser and troubleshooting technology issues as they ariseNavigate patient appointment redistribution if the on call or resource providers are called to Labor and DeliveryBe present and engaged in all team meetings, events, and listening sessionsOther duties as assignedExperienceOB/GYN or women's health experienceSupervisory or team leadership experienceCurrent clinical certification/licensure (RN, LPN, or CMA)Experience with quality improvement or clinical compliance initiativesBenefitsCompetitive compensationMedical, dental & vision plans, with an HSA/FSA option401(k) with employer matchPaid time offPaid parental leaveDiana Health CultureHaving a growth mindset and striving for continuous learning and improvementPositive, can do / how can I help attitudeEmpathy for our team and our clientsTaking ownership and driving to resultsBeing scrappy and resourceful
