Territory Manager

Summary: The Account Manager/Territory Manager is responsible for executing strategic and operational plans as directed by commercial leadership. This role focuses on representing key products to new and existing customers while achieving territory sales expectations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Drive daily sales objectives with a focus on territory growth, including new account targeting, cultivation, and launch execution. Develop and execute quarterly business plans and implement sales strategies based on current and emerging market factors. Lead training and education efforts during new account launches. Present and implement performance guarantees in key accounts and support Quarterly Business Reviews. Share account insights and updates with leadership on a regular basis. Ensure compliance with all company policies, quality systems, and regulatory requirements. Partner with clinical specialists and align team efforts to achieve business goals. Deliver clinical and economic presentations to physicians, committees, and staff. Build strong customer relationships, including cultivating key opinion leaders. Engage with hospital administration and support corporate contract development when needed. Demonstrate expert product knowledge and contribute to broader organizational needs (training, territory coverage, best practices, marketing input, etc.). Qualifications: Strong understanding of the medical device market and customer landscape. Experience/Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred. 5+ years of medical device sales experience strongly preferred. Skills: Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency. Solid business acumen with the ability to target and prioritize key accounts. Proven ability to build credibility with clinicians, administrators, and physicians. Emotional intelligence and strong organizational abilities to manage schedules and resources. Experience calling on interventional cardiology, vascular surgery, interventional radiology, and related specialties. Strategic, innovative, and flexible thinker with strong execution skills. Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and wear cath lab protective gear. Work Environment: Hospitals, cath labs, and physician offices; travel may be required.
