Technical Product Manager
A growing enterprise technology group is looking for a Technical Product Manager / Solutions Engineer to support the expansion of its U.S. product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and client-facing teams, with a strong focus on owning and supporting enterprise software solutions built on or integrated with ERP platforms.This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who has owned products or key features, understands how systems are built, and can clearly articulate both the technical and business value.What You’ll Be DoingProduct Ownership & DevelopmentOwn and support enterprise software solutions across the product lifecycleTranslate business needs into technical requirements and product enhancementsWork closely with engineering teams to drive product improvements and releasesContribute to product roadmap discussions and prioritizationPre-Sales & SolutioningLead product demos and technical walkthroughs for clientsSupport RFP/RFI responses with clear technical and functional inputHelp position solutions and articulate ROI to both technical and business stakeholdersAssist with proof-of-concepts and early-stage implementationsClient & Technical SupportServe as a key point of contact for product-related questions and issuesTroubleshoot and provide first-level technical supportCoordinate escalations and work cross-functionally to resolve issuesGather client feedback and translate it into actionable product insightsWhat They’re Looking For5+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or IT environmentsProven experience owning or contributing to products/features (must be able to clearly explain what you’ve built)Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP or similar platforms strongly preferred)Background in product management, solutions engineering, or technical pre-salesAbility to communicate effectively with both engineers and business stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and documentation skillsNice to Have:Experience with SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, or SAP-integrated platforms)Exposure to enterprise testing tools, analytics platforms, or optimization toolsExperience working in fast-paced or ambiguous environments
