Prepare and cook high-quality meals following Brightwater's recipes and dietary guidelines.?? Ensure food is fresh, flavorful, and visually appealing at every meal.?? Work as part of a team to maintain smooth kitchen operations and a welcoming dining environment.?? Follow food safety & sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.?? Support bistro services, including food prep, stocking, and maintaining a clean, inviting space.?? Engage with residents and staff, bringing positivity and professionalism to the dining experience.? What We're Looking For?? 2+ years of experience in institutional or full-service restaurant cooking.?? Ability to prepare recipes in various quantities using basic math skills.?? Strong attention to detail for plating, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.?? Effective communication skills-both verbal and written.?? Current Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain).??
