Regional Account Manager
Forever Clean is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to oversee the sales and business development of our permanent sanitation services. This individual will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving growth within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets for permanent sanitation services in the region.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in industries such as construction, manufacturing, agriculture, and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.
- Conduct presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Forever Clean’s permanent sanitation solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, billing) to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale to service delivery.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools and regularly report on sales activity, forecasts, and progress.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring competitive but profitable margins.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Forever Clean’s services.
- Work closely with management to provide feedback on market needs, customer preferences, and service development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the sanitation, construction, or environmental services industry.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage long-term sales cycles and build sustainable client relationships.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience preferred.
