Office & Practice Details Office is located at 2600 N. Detroit St. (S.R.9), LaGrange, IN 46761 Hours of practice: Monday - Wednesday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. / Thursday - Friday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. Team consists of a physician and nurse practitioners Call schedule: County call rotation only for physicians. The call center allows for a very light and manageable call with excellent work/life balance.
