Lahlouh is a partner that focuses on developing collaborative, comprehensive solutions that endeavor to meet all the communication needs of our clients' dynamic and evolving marketplaces.Lahlouh's mission is to provide the highest quality, most cost-effective business communications solutions available.Position: Fulfillment LeadReports to: Director Fulfillment and Warehouse Operations FLSA Status: Non-ExemptLocation/Shift: Burlingame CA/ Day ShiftPosition Summary The Fulfillment Lead and Liaison is responsible for managing and assisting the Fulfillment Team in the day-to-day activities of executing Fulfillment Orders and Campaigns.This individual will coordinate with Online, Print and Promo Project Managers to facilitate the smooth role out of daily Online Fulfillment orders to include ongoing and unique campaigns.You are the "go to" person for in the Fulfillment Department for Fulfillment order related status, questions, and support.164Responsibilities and DutiesFulfillment Operations Oversight and AssistanceRun daily reports to plan and manage daily workload.Pulling Orders, Shipping Domestic and International.Fed X Batch Shipments (Distro)Assuring Quality ControlExpediting Rush OrdersApplying Freight Charges to PSITroubleshoot issues as they occur.Fulfillment Planning and OptimizationDefine Wave PickingManage Order PrioritiesManage Back OrdersCoordinate Picking Strategies with the Director of FulfillmentDevelop Kitting StrategiesPre-AssemblyOn Demand KittingCustom Kitting/Variable/PersonalizedDe-Kitting /ReworkingRepresent Fulfillment in the Weekly Update Meetings (Online, Promo, Fulfillment).Work closely with PM's to roll out Online Campaigns. Assuring workflows are designed and tested.Reviewing and planning for required capacity.Manage relationships between PM (Online, Print, Promo) and the Fulfillment department.Must Have SkillsHigh level of ERP and WMS experienceExperience in a fulfillment/warehouse/distribution operationExperience managing a team to meet quality and efficiency metrics.Experience with international shippingExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficient PC skills including Excel, Word, EmailConsidered a Strong PlusExperience working with some combination of cGMP, SPC, six sigma, lean manufacturing, ISO 14000 EnvironmentalAPICS certificationExperience in Print and Paper converting Industry.Data Management, Data Mining and ReportingEducation and ExperienceCandidates must have a strong knowledge of inbound and outbound warehouse processes with at least five years of experience in a similar environmentA bachelor's degree in a related field and five years or related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experiences as a front-line manager in a fulfillment, warehouse, or manufacturing operationPhysical DemandsThe employee is frequently required to sit, walk, and talkUse of hands and fingers to handle or operate tools or controlsFrequently lifts and/or moves up to 45 pounds and occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 100 poundsAbility to handle heights of up to 15+ feetPay Range: $25.00-$28.00/hour, salary commensurate with experienceContact: Qualified applicants should send a cover letter including salary requirements along with a resume to careers@lahlouh.comPowered by JazzHRf631W3PLKD
