Field Auditor (Remote)
Summary of Job Description:The Field Auditor performs field-based audits related to Operations performance, Asset Protection performance and other auditing needs. This position reports evidence needed for additional investigations and reviews. The Field Auditor uses exception-based reporting, analytical reports, and other data, identifying key performance indicators that provide the rationale for on-site visits. This position is also responsible for re-auditing locations that have previously failed an audit. The Field Auditor supports area and regional business review meetings to share findings and objectives to elevate Operations standards. Travel = 75% and overnight (See below)Job Responsibilities:Under the supervision of an AP Field Manager, performs Field Auditor responsibilities, conducting Asset Protection and Operations focused audits, inspections, and assessments for the assigned region/s and uncovering/verifying fraud during visits.Conducts a minimum of 350 audits per year, based on key performance indicators, re-audit requirements, and strategic travel planning. Manages own travel requirements and needs.Assesses and utilizes analytical reports and identifies key performance indicators as the rationale for conducting on-site visits/audits. Responsible for providing responses to Operators regarding on-site and remote audits that are conducted, verifying activity that was observed, providing resources when expectations are unclear, and offering solutions to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.Trains and coaches regional/area Operators on field audit practices and expectations. Provides audit related training to Operations leaders, operators, and associates on site and in classroom, including GO courses. Prepares and submits reports to Operations teams on audit findings and exception reporting.
