We are committed to empowering students with the tools and skills they need to achieve their academic goals.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a part-time on-site Academic Tutor to join our team in Mequon, WI. The tutor will be responsible for providing individualized educational support in a one-on-one setting. Primary tasks include preparing lesson plans, delivering instruction in various subjects—especially mathematics—assisting with academic challenges, and monitoring progress. The tutor will collaborate closely with parents and other team members to ensure students meet their academic objectives.Expertise preferred in biology, chemistry, physics, algebra, geometry, pre-calculus, and calculus.QualificationsExperience with Tutoring, Private Classes, and one-on-one educational supportStrong knowledge in Mathematics and general Education principlesExcellent Communication skills for building trust and clearly explaining conceptsPatience, adaptability, and dedication to student developmentTeaching certification or bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field is preferredExperience working with students of various ages and learning levels is a plus
