Manufacturing Engineer – New Product Introduction (NPI)Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)Role: Full‐TimeWe're hiring a Manufacturing Engineer (NPI Focus) to own the transition of new products from Design Engineering into Production. This role sits at the center of engineering, operations, test, and supply chain—ensuring products are manufacturable, cost‐optimized, fully documented, and production‐ready.What You'll DoPartner early with Design Engineering and Manufacturing SMEs to optimize performance, compliance, cost, manufacturability, and testabilityOwn BOMs, routes, and ERP accuracy through full NPI releaseDevelop manufacturing, assembly, and test processes, including fixtures and test systemsLead prototype builds, providing hands‐on guidance to technicians and assemblersDrive cost, lead‐time, and process optimization through data, time studies, and vendor selectionPerform compliance analysis (electrical, mechanical, environmental, regulatory) for new productsSupport smooth transition from prototype → productionWhat We're Looking For5+ years in manufacturing engineering or NPI environmentsStrong knowledge of GD&T, SMT, PCB assemblies, test fixtures, and tolerance stack‐upsExperience working hands‐on with hardware in fast‐paced manufacturing settingsERP experience (AX / D365 preferred); SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Minitab a plusBSEE or MSEE preferredAbility to work with ITAR‐controlled dataWhy This RoleThis is a high‐impact, hands‐on NPI role where your decisions directly affect cost, quality, and production success.
