You'll assist the driver, maintain product integrity, and help create a positive customer experience.What You'll DoAssist drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering productsSpot drivers during tight maneuvers for safetyVerify product counts and ensure inventory accuracyCommunicate effectively with customers and resolve issues professionallyMaintain cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipmentOperate hand trucks and pallet jacksReport incidents promptly and follow all safety protocolsWhat We're Looking ForAbility to lift 25-80 lbs. regularlyComfortable working in fast-paced environments and varying weather conditionsFlexible schedule (overnight and weekends required)Strong communication skills and team spiritReliable transportationMinimum 1 year of driver helper experienceMust be 18 years or olderPhysical & Safety RequirementsQuick response to sounds and visual cuesAbility to move safely in confined spaces or uneven terrainStrong night vision and awareness of potential hazardsDelivery Schedule: Deliveries operations run 7 nights a week, your schedule will include five-night within that schedule.
