Travel Dental Assistant PRN

Job Title: Traveling Dental Assistant (PRN – Endo/Surgery/Sedation) Job Type: PRN / As Needed Location: Multiple DFW-area dental offices (travel required) --- About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dental Assistant to travel with our provider during Endodontic, surgical, and sedation treatment days across multiple dental office locations in the DFW area. This is a PRN position (not full-time) with scheduling dependent on procedure days. Ideal for someone who wants flexibility, enjoys variety in their work setting, and has experience assisting with specialty procedures. --- Responsibilities: -Chairside assisting during endodontic procedures, extractions, and sedation cases -Preparing and maintaining a sterile surgical field -Taking radiographs and ensuring accurate charting/notes -Monitoring patient comfort and safety before, during, and after treatment -Managing instruments, supplies, and equipment for mobile use across locations -Providing professional and compassionate patient care --- Qualifications: -Active Texas Dental Assistant Registration (RDA) required -Current CPR/BLS certification required -Nitrous Oxide and/or Sedation monitoring certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) -Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (specialty or surgical experience preferred) -Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to different office locations -Flexible availability (PRN schedule – hours will vary) -Strong organizational and communication skills --- Compensation: -Competitive hourly rate (based on experience & certifications) -Mileage reimbursement (if applicable) --- Why Join Us? -Flexible PRN schedule – work when you’re available -Exposure to advanced surgical and endodontic procedures -Supportive provider and team environment -Great opportunity to expand skills in sedation and surgical Dentistry --- How to Apply: Submit your resume through Indeed with a brief description of your experience and availability.
