You'll be the go-to person for ensuring our electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatically controlled equipment is operating at peak performance. This role demands a proactive individual who can not only troubleshoot and repair but also mentor and guide other team members.This Job Is For You IfYou can work with minimum or no supervision, plan the necessary sequence of operations and methods when making major or minor repairs to building and/or factory systems and structures being guided by good trade practices, manufacturer's specifications and safety standards.You can assist in the set up of scheduled maintenance on equipment including writing and modification of work instructions.You can perform special inspections and do the repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of building and factory systems, such as: Air Conditioning and Refrigeration System, Compressed Gas Equipment, Vacuum Systems, Ro/DI Systems, Electrical Systems, Monitoring and Control Systems, and Building Infrastructure.You can manage medium to large sized projects with minimal or no supervision as assigned by Management. This includes coordinating with contractors, locating necessary parts either onsite or through a vendor, creating parts list, ordering parts, and working with others to complete projects.You can make scheduled, routine inspections on building and factory support equipment and maintaining appropriate logs.
