About The RoleWe are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead domestic and international transportation operations. This role is responsible for ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and on-time movement of goods across ocean, air, LTL, FTL, container, and parcel channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who drives operational efficiency, strengthens carrier partnerships, and continuously improves logistics processes.Please note: This position is not located in a warehouse or distribution center. It is based in a corporate office environment.What You’ll Do:Oversee end-to-end domestic and international shipping operations, ensuring timely and compliant delivery across all transportation modesMonitor shipments, proactively resolve delays and exceptions, and manage claims through reimbursementDevelop delivery schedules and drop shipment strategies aligned with operational and customer requirementsEstablish and improve logistics SOPs to drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiencyReview shipping documentation and audit freight invoices to ensure accuracyEvaluate, negotiate, and manage carrier relationships to secure competitive rates and reliable serviceConduct transportation cost analyses and recommend routing strategies that balance cost, service, and capacitySource and qualify new carriers to expand network capabilities and mitigate riskMonitor market conditions, including rate fluctuations and capacity constraints, and recommend mitigation strategiesPartner cross-functionally with warehouse, sales, brokers, carriers, and customers to ensure seamless executionLead and develop logistics team members, including performance management and operational oversightSupport budgeting, reporting, and planning initiatives aligned with company goalsWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of experience in logistics or transportation management, including domestic and international shipmentsStrong knowledge of freight modes, carrier management, customs processes, and regulatory complianceExperience managing full-cycle shipping operations, cost analysis, and route optimizationProficiency in TMS/ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeDemonstrated leadership experience supervising and developing team membersStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsBilingual in English and Mandarin preferredTitle: Logistics/Operations SupervisorWage Range: $70,000.00 USD- $80,000.00 USDLocation: Onsite Chino, CAAt Nexgrill, we’re all about bringing people together around the grill.
