Our strategies align with our clients' business goals and objectives to deliver the most comprehensive value-added solutions for each transaction.Essential Functions and Primary DutiesIdentify and help to develop strategic relationships with new and existing clientsWork to identify business opportunities by prospecting and conducting researchFollow latest industry developments, research market trend and stay up-to-date on competitorsProvide key market intelligence based on interactions with clients, prospects, and other market playersPopulate and update relevant data in the designated customer relationship management systemConducts space toursAssist with the preparation of market surveysAssist with the preparation of financial and non-financial analysisContribute to the development of marketing strategy and plansAssist with lease reviewsAdditional responsibilities as assignedPreferred Qualifications* Bachelor's degreeMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred3 years of sales and customer service experience in the real estate brokerage industryMust maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertiseDemonstrate the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externallyProficient use of applicable technologyAbility to work in team environment as well as independentlyAbility to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilitiesProven track record of meeting sales targetsResults driven and customer focusedMust be able to ravel based on client and business need
