Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Baltimore, MD Department: Baltimore Detox Center Position Type: Full-Time-7a-7p, starting at $48/hr About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our specialized addiction treatment center in Baltimore, MD. Our center is focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals receiving treatment for substance use disorders. The ideal candidate holds a current state RN license and is passionate about delivering empathetic, evidence-based care in a supportive and recovery-focused environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care, including comprehensive assessments, medication administration, and monitoring of patient health and treatment progress.Support patients throughout various phases of addiction treatment, including stabilization and recovery support.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, counselors, and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.Educate patients and their families about substance use disorders, treatment options, relapse prevention, and recovery processes.Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.Participate in ongoing training, continuing education, and professional development opportunities. QualificationsCurrent and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland.Previous experience in an addiction treatment or substance use disorder facility preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment.Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate, respectful, and non-judgmental care.
