Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Check-in Visitors
Log in all construction vehicles (if applicable)
Greet all residents
Monitor building, Parking lot, and pool areas
Patrol Property and issue citations
Complete Daily Activity Reports, Logbook entries, Incidents, and all relevant reports related to job assignment
Maintain a working knowledge of all emergency policies, procedures, and regulations
respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations
Monitor cameras or equipment in a continuous manner
Being diligent to report any suspicious activity and investigate accidents and criminal acts
Job Type: Part-time
