Must maintain high levels of sanitation in the kitchen, dish room, storage rooms and all areas of dining service by following cleaning schedules and ensuring high levels of cleanliness.Job Related Qualifications: Should have a working knowledge of appropriate temperature and chemical standards to comply with local and state regulations.
