Job DescriptionSkill: Forms Technical LeadMust Have Technical/Functional Skills:Legacy forms extraction (mainframe structured JSON).Data transformation & mapping (schema design, validation).Java-based integration services (APIs, business logic).Template-driven data population for forms engines (e.g., Quadient).Understanding of document/form lifecycle (generation, rendering).Batch + real-time processing patterns.Cloud-native deployment (Azure, AKS, CI/CD)Roles & Responsibilities:Lead forms modernization from legacy to Quadient platform.Own extraction transformation integration pipeline.Design Java services to populate and orchestrate form data.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and template alignment.Coordinate with downstream forms team (JSON contract alignment).Handle performance, scalability, and error handling in pipelines.Guide team, review mappings/code, and drive delivery.
