Responsibilities include managing registrations and invoicing, maintaining accurate records and CRM systems, communicating with families and internal teams, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and professional experience for players and families.This position is ideal for a dynamic, organized, and customer-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced sports environment.🎯 Key Priorities of the RoleThe Sales Administration Assistant plays a key role in supporting the growth and daily operations of the academy while ensuring a seamless experience for players and families.Main Priorities:Deliver a high level of customer service and organizationBe the first point of contact and first impression of the academyBuild strong relationships with players, families, coaches, and staffEnsure smooth communication between families, coaches, and managementSupport player enrollment, retention, and academy growthHelp create a professional, positive, and welcoming academy environment📌 ResponsibilitiesFamily & Player RelationsRespond to inquiries regarding programs, camps, tryouts, and registrationsFollow up with prospective families and academy leadsAssist families throughout the enrollment and onboarding processMaintain strong and professional communication with academy familiesAdministrative SupportManage registrations, contracts, waivers, and player documentationProcess invoices and track paymentsMaintain CRM systems and academy databasesOrganize schedules, meetings, and academy communicationsPrepare reports and administrative documentsSales & Enrollment SupportSupport player recruitment and retention initiativesAssist with enrollment targets for teams, camps, and clinicsCoordinate promotional campaigns and event registrationsFollow up with trial players and prospective familiesSoccer Operations SupportAssist with logistics for training sessions, tournaments, and eventsCoordinate operational communication with families and staffSupport coaches with roster management and attendance trackingHelp ensure smooth day-to-day academy operations✅ QualificationsProficiency in order management and invoicing processesStrong communication and customer service skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentFamiliarity with sales administration software or CRM systems is a plusExcellent organization and multitasking abilitiesCustomer-service oriented mindsetStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced sports environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systemsFlexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends🌍 Preferred QualificationsExperience in sports administration, sales, or customer servicePassion for soccer and youth developmentExperience working with families and youth athletesBilingual skills are a plus🌟 Why Join Us?Be part of an ambitious and international soccer environmentHelp shape the experience of young athletes and familiesWork closely with coaches, management, and academy leadershipContribute directly to the academy’s growth and success📍 Miami, Florida — On Site📩 To apply, please send your resume and a short introduction.
