Fives DyAG Corp is seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Toledo, OH area.Summary:We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys collaborating across departments and with external partners. The Admin must have strong Excel skills.Job Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to internal teams and external engineering firmsManage schedules, meetings, and documentation with precisionPrepare and edit documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe toolsAssist with project coordination and ensure timely task completionPerform basic text edits in AutoCAD (training available if needed)Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracyCommunicate professionally via email, phone, and in-person interactionsSupport cross-functional collaboration and contribute to team successQualifications/Skills:Associate's Degree is preferred but not requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is helpfulStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe, Visio, and Teams.
