We meet clients where they are, helping them stay engaged in their affairs while providing the oversight and support needed to reduce risk, prevent errors, and protect against fraud.About the RoleThis is not a traditional administrative position.As a Client Relationship Manager, you serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families while working as part of a collaborative service team.You will build a working relationship directly with clients, supporting them in managing their financial and administrative responsibilities while ensuring nothing is overlooked. Rather than taking over, you will guide, support, and partner with clients, helping them maintain independence while adding structure, oversight, and protection.You will lead the client relationship and coordinate the work of a dedicated support team.
