Associate Attorney
Job Title - Associate Attorney (Finance Recovery)Location - Scottsdale, AZDescription:Our law firm client, a top-rated national law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney – Finance Recovery to support its high-volume practice focused on mortgage default servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, and creditors’ rights representation for lenders, servicers, and financial institutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex recovery and default-related matters within the financial services and real estate sectors.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload involving foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, and creditors’ rights matters.Represent lenders, mortgage servicers, and financial institutions in litigation and recovery proceedings.Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and related court documents.Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances as required.Provide legal analysis and strategic guidance on default servicing and recovery matters.Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing.Experience in mortgage default servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, creditors’ rights, or financial services litigation preferred.Strong litigation, legal drafting, and case management skills.Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $170,000 annually.
